Extended Christmas Returns Policy

All orders received from Monday 13th November 2023 can be returned to us for an exchange or refund by Friday 12th January 2024. Goods must be returned smoke free and in the same new condition. Exchanges and refunds will not be issued if the goods arrive back with us after Friday 12th January 2024.

Fishtail Parka Delivery Information

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 - 3 business days upon receipt.

Delivery Times UK, EU, and Worldwide

OK few notes on delivery times etc, as stated clearly we aim to dispatch the majority of all orders within 2 to 3 days of receipt of payment.

UK Mainland | We use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery service for all UK orders. You will receive a email from Royal Mail with delivery information.

UK Off Shore | We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery for all Off Shore orders.

EU Orders | are sent via DPD, Parcelforce, or Royal Mail and should arrive with you within 3 to 7 days once the order is dispatched. You will receive a dispatch email accordingly with tracking information.

Worldwide Orders | Our Classic M51 and M65 parkas are sent via the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed delivery service. Our Stonetail parka coats are dispatched via a courier service due to their heavier weight. All delivery services are fully tracked.

Fishtail Parka Returns Policy

Items returned in poor condition will not be refunded or exchanged.

Simply complete the delivery note received with your item(s) and return the delivery note and item(s) to us within 14 days from receipt of your order

SMOKENo item(s) will be exchanged or refunded if they are returned smelling of smoke.

Any item(s) returned for exchange or refund after the 14 day period will not be granted.

As per our Terms & Conditions, refunds are issued less the postage fee amount which we have incurred when sending the goods to you.

It is of paramount importance that all returned goods are declared as RETURNED on the 'Customs Declaration' form. Charges will be applied by HMRC if the package is not correctly declared a Return. As a customer, you are responsible for returning the goods safely back to us. Any costs incurred due to a customer not correctly marking the 'Customs Declaration' as a Return, will be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, the costs can be very expensive. It is always best practice to also mark at a very low value.

Exchange Requests

Once the initial item(s) is returned back to us, we will then issue a payment request for any difference owed. This will include the postage costs for resending.


You are more than welcome to visit our warehouse to try on various parka coats. Many customers do so if they are not too distant from us. Visiting is strictly by appointment only so please contact us beforehand. We would not want you to have a wasted journey because at times the warehouse is unmanned.

* All Products Listed With Free UK Postage - The free UK postage offer applies if the item / garment is kept by the purchaser. If the item is returned for a refund then a refund will be issued less the postage expense we incurred when initially dispatching the product. Please understand we cannot be out of pocket for a customer simply deciding that they do not like the product they purchased, or they did not read the sizing guidelines correctly and the product does not fit. We do not charge restocking fees or any of that nonsense like some businesses. Only the charges we have incurred.
