All items must be returned with tags left intact where appropriate and in the same new condition.
Items returned in poor condition will not be refunded or exchanged.
Simply complete the delivery note received with your item(s) and return the delivery note and item(s) to us within 14 days from receipt of your order
SMOKE: No item(s) will be exchanged or refunded if they are returned smelling of smoke.
You have 14 days from receipt of item(s) to return to us.
Any item(s) returned for exchange or refund after the 14 day period will not be granted.
DPD RETURNS SERVICE | UK MAINLAND ORDERS
Contact us and we will email across a DPD Returns Label. You then simply drop off the item(s) at your local DPD Collection Point.

Sorry service isn't available for Off-Shore, Scottish Highlands, EU and WW Orders. You need to return by your own chosen carrier.
Exchanges: Each UK Mainland customer is entitled to one free exchange.
If returning for a refund and you use our DPD Returns service. A cost of £8 will be charged and deducted from your refund payment.
