We advise all customers to clearly read our size guide before ordering to make sure you get the right size and avoid the hassle and cost of returns.

However, if you are not happy with your parka, we will happily accept a return less cost of postage anytime within 7 days from the day after the day of confirmed delivery to yourself. This is in line with all your statuary rights contained within the long distance selling act and your right to cancel "cooling off period".

UK Returns & Exchanges: All returns and exchanges must be received back to us within 7 days from the date you initially received the item(s). This is from the date
the item(s) was / were signed for when received from the mail provider.
EU Returns & Exchanges: All returns and exchanges must be received back to us within 14 days from the date you initially received the item(s). This is from the date

WW Returns & Exchanges: All returns and exchanges must be received back to us within 21 days from the date you initially received the item(s). This is from the date

NOTE: When returning a parka, make sure you include a copy of your paypal receipt, a note stated the reason for return or exhange and the email you paid with. Any returns sent without these relevent details CANNOT be tracked or dealt with.

Please note that ALL of our products are ex US Army and hence, whether issued or not, all have their imperfections. These parkas/shirts/jackets were mass produced for the US Military, and not for fashion and do not come up to modern day standards of manufacturing.
Simply put, as to be honest, one too many plonkers seem to expect high street manufacturing quality from 40+ year old US Military kit and its getting silly. If you want a high street parka, go to rackhams, H&M or any other high street shop retailing knock off fishtails. If you want a genuine US Military Issue fishtail parka then accept its 40 years old and will be imperfect.
Common issues with ALL parkas. Zips are always offset slightly to the left. This is not a fault. Slight imperfections and differences in colour of shells and hoods is common on all M-65 models. Same with hood liner on M-51.
Stitching on hoods, shells and buttons etc is nearly always imperfect whether issued or unissued. Standard or wolf fur.
Notes on wolf fur hoods. Again, wolves do not come in perfect strips. There will be colour variations,differences in fur thickness and colour will occur. Again, this is REAL fur, not synthetic and is hence again, imperfect.
Also please NOTE: We do not manufacture these items. They were made by the US Military and we will not accept any returns on such minor issues as a few loose threads on a 40 year old ex army garment.
